At Woxer, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every pair. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items in original condition are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn, unwashed items in the original packaging and include any relevant packing slips before sealing the box securely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
